this cookie came out beautifully !!! I loved the “cakey” softer texture inside and I do not usually like soft cookies at all. One Question: Can the dough be made and froze for a later baking date ??

Jenni, Thanks for this recipe. I followed your directions with ease. They were delicious and so pretty as well! I thought they would be sweeter but that was a pleasant surprise. Mine turned out more like a little cake and I love that in a cookie. My only suggestion is I’d love to see weights in grams. I’ve gotten so used to measuring things with the sour dough that I missed that option. It was not a deal breaker, I just wanted to know how many grams of discard I should include. All went well. I will make this one repeatedly now that have starter on the go! Thanks again!
