Thanks for the feedback, Gregory! I did say in the first paragraph that this was “Thai inspired” and was developed to help kids learn how to try new food from around the world. It was never intended to be an authentic recipe, but an easy introduction into new flavors and meals, but I’m sorry your friends wouldn’t give it a try!

Definitely not a misprint, Arliss! Garlic is amazing and delicious in stir fries, but this recipe also happens to be delicious without it. I hope you give it a try!
