This quick gumbo was a big hit for dinner and I love the shortcuts making this a great weeknight dinner. We used leftover chicken from our weekend cookout and we will be making this often.

I’m going to need to make your version, instead of the semi-homemade version I was served. I bet the flavors are amazing and it’s not nearly as salty.
