Hi Rebecca! Cinnamon chips are like chocolate chips, but cinnamon flavored. You can find them the best during the holiday season, but specialty stores also carry them. You can leave them out, but the biscotti won’t have as much cinnamon flavor. You could also sub in white chocolate chips or chocolate chips, too!

The flavors are delicious but the cookie itself is not as crispy as I like. Would baking longer help? Or a lower temp? I followed your recipe exactly but just not sure how to bake them crispier for next time 🙂 there WILL be a next time!
