You are definitely not stupid. I try really hard to make sure I edit everything before publishing, but sometimes I make mistakes. It seems this slipped through the cracks! The oven temperature is 450 F. I have updated the recipe card to make sure this information is included. Thanks for kindly bringing this to my attention!
