Hi Pam! Thanks for catching that, looks like the recipe didn’t get saved all the way! The recipe should read “1- 15 ounce jar of beets”.

Perfect! My Norwegian mother would love it – if it were sweeter! (Notorious sweet tooth!) But as is, it’s perfect for my Norwegian Christmas buffet. I made a sampler for my own dinner tonight and I’ll triple it for the family. Thanks!
