You should be able to just invert the proofing basket onto some parchment paper and then it should just fall out like normal. Then just stick it in the oven and bake as normal.

We chopped the jalapeños instead of slicing and left all the seeds in! We love the flavor and texture!

This was delicious! I used cold starter and cold filtered water and it came out perfectly! Definitely recommend freshly shredding the cheese.
