I love the kid tips! I made this roast with the help of my kids but the time to cook wasnt enough. It needs to roast longer. It was raw inside at this time. My fault though that my thermometer was broken. Next time, I’ll put the roast in with the veggies.

I am ALL about sheet pan dinners. Like you mentioned, crock pots are great and all, but there’s also something pretty awesome about throwing everything on a sheet pan when you get home and having a dinner ready in less than 4-6 hours later. Some mornings I just can’t get my act together to do a crock pot. Can’t wait to try out this tasty looking dinner!
