What a fabulous recipe! My husband and I have only one child left at home (we’re almost empty nesters) and I loved seeing that you gave serving options for kids of different ages – how I wish someone had done this when my own kids were little. As for the recipe, my husband, daughter and I loved the recipe and the leftovers were spectacular the next day too.
